Riad Dar Zitouna Marrakech is XVIII century house carefully restored respecting the use of traditional materials and norms offering a unique experience for your stay

5 en-suite bedrooms with a dip pool and a century old gigantic olive tree sprouting from the middle of the courtyard will leave no visitor unmoved.

House is rented in exclusivity so there will be no other guests during your stay, offering privacy and a chance to truly relax.

Location

Nestled just 3 minutes away from Bab Taghzout parking area and taxi stand, Dar Zitouna is extremely accessible which is a big advantage in Marrakech medina. It is 15-20 minutes walk to Jemaa El Fna or 5 minutes by taxis which are always available at the stand nearby.
The area still retains the feel of local way of life with children playing on the street, fruits/vegetables stands nearby as well as some restaurants for a quick snack or more fancy dining.

Getting there

Finding Riad Dar Zitouna is pretty easy. If arriving by taxi give Bab Taghzout parking as destination and we will arrange to meet you there and show you the way to riad which is just a short walk away.

Like our room 1, room 2 also has a direct access to patio and other areas located on the ground floor like kitchen, dip pool, salon and of course the seating area in the patio itself. Thick walls provide a great cool in summer.

Room 3, 1st floor

This room located on the 1st floor is a little gem. Wake up in the morning and open the window right next to bed and you will be looking at the canopy of the olive tree and hear birds happily chirping. Wonderful way to start your day!

Room 4, 1st floor

This room is decorated with mashrabiya, an authentic architectural element of latticed wooden windows, which when open provide a charming view to olive and orange tree, directly from your bed. The orange blossom provides a wonderful, soothing smell in spring time.
